Louise works at the Royal College of Nursing representing members across the UK for improved health, safety and working conditions. She is a chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOSH) and has over 20 years of experience as a health and safety professional.  

Her previous roles include working in a senior strategic role for a local authority and specialising in health hazards and scientific safety for a top 30 research university.  In her spare time, Louise uses her experience and skills as a volunteer for IOSH and is a trustee for the Wales Air Ambulance Charity.
